Reliable Safety “Supplying safe water to the world”

MIZUHA Co., Ltd. is working daily to " Supplying safe water to the world".
We have obtained additional evidence that the water in "KuSui" is safe, and have updated the safety information in "KuSui".
We have already obtained water quality compliant test results (water quality standard items and standard values ≪51 items≫ in Japanese Water Supply Law). In addition to this, we have obtained two new water quality compliant test results.

①Clearance of water quality control target set items for PFOS and PFOA (Japanese Water Supply Law)

Organo-fluorine compounds (PFOS, PFOA) have become a problem in recent years. Under Japanese Water Supply Law, a provisional target total of 50 ng/L or less for PFOS and PFOA has been set for tap water quality control. Recently, drinking water in Japan has been in the news for exceeding these values.
In contrast, the water from the "KuSui", when tested by a third-party organization, contains less than 1ng/L(*) of PFOS and PFOA, and less than 1ng/L of PFOS and PFOA combined, thus meeting the provisional target value by a factor of 50 or more.
This value for "KuSui" is safe water that also meets the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) standard of 4 ng/L, which is an even stricter standard.

*1ng/L (nanograms per liter)
One billionth of a gram in a liter of water
(Concentration when 1.2 g is contained in a volume of water equivalent to one Tokyo Dome baseball stadium (1.2 million m3))

②Clearance of 47 criteria for sterilized and sanitized mineral waters (Japanese Food Sanitation Law)

The water from the "KuSui" has been inspected by a third-party organization for "47 items" of mineral water (with sterilization and sanitization) in accordance with the Japanese Food Sanitation Law, and is compliant with the water quality standards.

MIZUHA will continue to evolve with the mission of “Supplying safe water to the world”.
